It is so rewarding to grow your own sprouts! And you really do not need a big space to do it. From Butternut shoots to lentil sprouts - I grow them. There was a time that I grew popcorn and sunflower shoots as well. Even off-cuts from the kitchen, such as onion and carrot greens. In the end, I ran out of space!
